Our story
We started Signupify in 2023 after watching neighbors juggle four spreadsheets to organize a single block party. Existing tools felt either too clunky (legacy form builders) or too limited (basic survey tools). So we built the form builder we wished existed — friendly, fast, and powerful when you need it.
