Terms & Privacy

• You own your data. You can export or delete it at any time.
• We don't sell your data, ever.
• We don't use cookies for tracking.
• You're responsible for the content of your forms and any data you collect.
• Don't use Signupify for spam, scams, harassment or anything illegal.

We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service: account email, billing info (handled by Stripe), and the form content / submissions you create. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for advertising. See our GDPR page for details on storage and sub-processors.

You may not use Signupify to send spam, run phishing campaigns, distribute malware, harass others or collect data illegally. Forms violating these terms are removed and accounts may be suspended without refund.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the prior 12 months. We may update these terms; material changes are emailed 30 days in advance.
