Fair use, plain English

The Basic plan includes unlimited forms and unlimited submissions. We don't count rows, fields, or workspaces. The vast majority of users will never bump into any limit.

• Sustained traffic above ~50 submissions/second from a single workspace.
• Storing more than 100 GB of file uploads on a free plan.
• Use that materially impacts other customers' performance.
• Use that violates our Terms of Service.

We'll always reach out first. We'll suggest a plan that fits, give you time to migrate, or work with you on a custom arrangement. We never silently throttle or delete data.
